Second submit your website to high pagerank websites - like social sites, story sites which exist in the bulk.
Do article marketing submission daily and within 5 days your new site is indexed. Yes, that alone is enough.
The high pagerank websites sort of give your website a boost doing them is like a bonus. The bottom line is that indexing is part of the process of getting high rankings. Don’t think of it as something you have to do before something else.
