Ezines can be a very effective form of advertising for your network marketing or internet business, but there are a few things to take into consideration before you place an order for you ad.

When advertising with ezines the only ad you should take into consideration are “top sponsor” ads.

A top sponsor ad is a short 5-10 line ad that is placed at the top of the issue and is the first thing the readers see. When writing these types of ads, be sure that you get to the point of what the reader is going to get by clicking on your link and be sure to include the URL or your tracking URL in the ad.

When considering placing an ad with an ezine owner you must first do two things:

The same thing goes for if an ezine has 50,000 subscribers and they only charge $10 to place an ad, this means the list is not as responsive. But if they charge $100 than you will have a better response. This is not always the case but it is a good guide to follow when selecting an ezine.
